Who we work with
- Boiler houses and heat supply companies - anthracite AO (АО) and AM (АМ), long-flame coal DG (ДГ), wood pellets and agro pellets in bulk and in big bags. We plan deliveries for the whole heating season. More details: fuel for boiler houses and businesses.
- Businesses, agriculture and industry - fuel for your own boiler houses, dryers and production furnaces. We match the grade and size fraction to your equipment.
- Public institutions - schools, hospitals, administrative buildings. A contract, an invoice, delivery notes and quality documents for every lot.

How we work
- Request. Tell us the type of fuel, the monthly or seasonal volume and the delivery region, using the form above or by phone.
- Commercial offer. Within one working day, a manager sends you the price per tonne including delivery and the quality report for the current lot.
- Trial delivery. If needed, we ship a trial lot or a trial bag so you can test the fuel in your boiler.
- Contract and schedule. We fix the price, volumes and shipment schedule and reserve the fuel in our warehouse.
- Deliveries. We ship on schedule and send the consignment note and documents for every lot. One manager handles all deliveries and claims.
Quality and control
Every lot comes with a certificate and a test report: ash content, moisture, calorific value, size fraction. We send the documents before payment, so you see the figures before shipment. On request, we carry out a control weighing at acceptance.

Frequently asked questions
From what volume does the wholesale price apply?
From 20 t per delivery or under a seasonal contract. For dealers buying packed fuel, we agree the minimum volume individually.
Do you work with VAT?
Whether VAT is included in the price depends on the supplier's tax status and is stated in the invoice and the commercial offer. Mention this in your request and we will prepare documents that fit your accounting.
Can the price be fixed for the whole season?
Yes, under a supply contract with a shipment schedule. It is best to sign it in spring or summer, when fuel prices are lower.
How quickly do you ship?
Fuel in stock is shipped within 1-3 working days after the order is confirmed. Delivery time depends on the region.
What if a lot does not match the test report?
Record the discrepancy in the delivery note, take photos and inform your manager on the day of acceptance. We handle claims under the terms of the supply contract.
