You can put together a mixed truckload: several pallets of pellets, coal and briquettes in one delivery. For a shop, this is more convenient than holding a large lot of a single fuel type.
Terms for dealers
- Minimum order - from 1 pallet of each item; the volume of the first delivery is agreed individually.
- Dealer price - depends on the seasonal volume and regularity of deliveries; fixed for a period in the contract.
- Payment - bank transfer against an invoice; deferred payment under contract for regular partners.
- Delivery - by the pallet on trucks with a tail lift across Ukraine, or self-pickup from the warehouse.
- Availability - we reserve volume to match your schedule, so your shelves are never empty at the peak of the season.
What a dealer gets besides fuel
- Quality documents - test reports and certificates for each lot that you can show to your customers.
- Photos and descriptions - packaging photos and specification texts for your website, Prom or OLX.
- Advice - a buyer's guide you can refer to when talking to customers: what to heat with, coal grades, how to choose pellets.
- Accurate weight - every bag and pack matches the stated weight within tolerance, so you will not get complaints about short weight.
How to plan the season
Demand for solid fuel rises from September and peaks in November-January, when market prices are highest. A profitable approach for a shop is to build up stock in summer at a fixed price and then restock by the pallet during the season as sales require. Store pellets and briquettes only under a roof on pallets: a bag of pellets that has got wet can no longer be sold. Coal is less demanding, but in the open air the bags fade in the sun and tear. Dealer FAQ
Can I sell under my own brand?
This can be discussed for large volumes. Include the desired volume and packaging in your request and we will check the packing options.
Is regional exclusivity available?
There are no exclusive terms by default. For partners with a steady volume, we discuss terms in the contract.
What about damaged bags?
Record any packaging damage that occurred during delivery in the consignment note (TTN) at acceptance and we will replace or compensate it. Bags damaged while stored in the shop cannot be exchanged.
