What we supply
Which fuel for which boiler house
A boiler house runs on the fuel its furnace was designed for, so we start with the equipment, not the price. Include your boiler model or furnace type in the request and we will choose the grade and size fraction, so you do not overpay for calories the boiler cannot use.

If your boiler house is switching from one fuel to another, start with a trial lot: differences in ash content and volatile matter between coal grades may require readjusting the air supply and the cleaning schedule.
How much fuel you need for the season
For a boiler house, it is convenient to calculate from the heat demand. Approximate consumption per 1 Gcal of heat produced, taking typical boiler efficiency into account:

Example: a school boiler house produces 400 Gcal per season, which is about 80-90 t of anthracite or 105-120 t of pellets. How we organise seasonal deliveries
- Contract and specification. We fix the grade, size fraction, permitted ash and moisture limits, the price and the total volume for the season.
- Shipment schedule. We split the volume into deliveries that fit your storage or hopper capacity: weekly, every two weeks or on request. The fuel is reserved in our warehouse under the contract.
- Documents for every truck. Consignment note (TTN), delivery note and the lot test report. We send the figures before shipment.
- Acceptance. Weighing on your scales or the nearest certified weighbridge and, if needed, sampling for your laboratory. Any discrepancies are recorded in a report on the day of delivery.
- One manager. Handles the schedule, documents and claims throughout the season, so you never have to explain the situation from scratch.
For public institutions
For schools, hospitals, outpatient clinics and administrative buildings, we prepare commercial offers and a document package for procurement: registration documents, quality test reports and certificates, and a draft contract with a specification. Payment is by bank transfer against an invoice after delivery, as set out in the contract. Tell us the procurement format (direct, simplified or tender) in your request and we will prepare the documents accordingly.
Boiler house FAQ
Can the price be fixed for the whole heating season?
Yes, in a supply contract with a shipment schedule. The best terms are available when you sign in spring or summer, before the seasonal price rise.
What is the minimum delivery?
From 20 t per delivery or a seasonal contract. Smaller volumes for small boiler houses can be supplied in big bags; please specify the terms in your request.
Can you deliver pellets in bulk into a hopper?
Yes, if a tipper truck or a truck with pneumatic unloading can reach the hopper. Describe the access road and the hopper type in your request and we will choose suitable transport.
What if a lot does not match the test report?
Record the discrepancy in the acceptance report with photos and weighing results and send a sample to a laboratory. We handle claims under the terms of the contract, and the next delivery can be suspended until the issue is resolved.
