Delivery and payment
From a single trial bag via Nova Poshta to a full truckload in bulk for a boiler house. Retail customers pay on delivery with no prepayment; businesses pay by bank transfer against an invoice.
Delivery options
The option depends on the volume and packaging. The manager gives you the exact cost and date when confirming the order, before you pay anything.

Delivery cost
Delivery is not included in the fuel price and depends on three things: distance, volume and the transport required. That is why we do not show an "average" price that will change later; instead, we calculate it for your address.
- Nova Poshta - at the carrier's rates at the time of dispatch. A 25 kg bag is sent as a separate parcel, so the cost is clear before you place the order.
- Pallets, big bags and bulk - a fixed amount per trip, quoted before the order is confirmed. The more pallets in one truck, the cheaper the delivery of each tonne.
- Self-pickup - free of charge.
To compare offers fairly, look at the price per tonne delivered to your gate. To convert the price of a bag or pack into a price per tonne, use the converter on any category page: pellets, coal, briquettes.
Delivery times
- Fuel in stock is shipped within 1-3 working days after the order is confirmed. We agree the date and approximate arrival time of the truck with you in advance.
- Nova Poshta parcels are sent after the order is confirmed; after that, the delivery time depends on the carrier, usually 1-3 days.
- We send the consignment note (TTN) number by SMS or messenger right after dispatch.
- At the peak of the season (October-December), the queue for trucks gets longer, so plan your order for the whole season in advance. You can work out how much fuel you need for the winter with our calculation.
Unloading: what to prepare
- Access. A truck needs a solid road and room to turn around. If the street is narrow or has a weight limit, tell the manager and we will arrange a smaller vehicle.
- Pallets and big bags are set down by the tail lift at your gate. Carrying bags into a building or storeroom is subject to separate agreement.
- Bulk fuel is unloaded onto a level area or into a hopper. Peat briquettes and pellets in bulk need a dry place under a roof.
- Storage. Any solid fuel should be kept on pallets, not on the ground, and under a roof. Pellets and briquettes are the most sensitive to moisture.
Payment methods

We never ask for prepayment to a bank card. If someone claiming to be from Thermera asks you to transfer money to a personal card "for a reservation" or "for the truck", they are scammers. How to recognise them is explained in the article "How to avoid scammers when buying fuel". Partial prepayment is possible only for large bulk lots, deliveries to remote regions or made-to-order goods, by invoice to the seller's account, and it is agreed before the order is confirmed.
Acceptance and control weighing
- Count the bags, packs or pallets and check that the packaging is intact.
- Weigh any bag or pack in front of the driver using ordinary household scales. The tolerance per bag is 2-3%.
- If anything is missing, underweight or damaged, record it in the delivery note, take photos and inform the manager on the same day. We will make up the shortfall or refund the difference.
Together with the fuel, you receive a fiscal receipt and, on request, a delivery note and a certificate or test report for the lot.
Returns
Fuel of proper quality in intact factory packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt. If the fuel is defective, we will replace it, reduce the price or refund your money; in this case, we cover the delivery costs. Full terms are in the public offer.

Questions and answers
Can I order a single bag?
Yes. We send a single bag of pellets, coal or peat briquettes, or a single pack of briquettes, via Nova Poshta as a trial bag: the price of the bag plus delivery at the carrier's rates, paid on receipt.
How much does delivery of a pallet or a tonne cost?
It depends on the distance, the number of pallets and the transport required. The manager quotes a fixed amount per trip before the order is confirmed. Compare offers by the price per tonne delivered to your gate: that shows the real cost.
Do I need to pay in advance?
Retail customers do not: you pay on receipt at the branch or to the driver after counting the goods. We never ask for prepayment to a personal card. For large bulk lots or remote regions, partial prepayment by invoice is possible and is agreed in advance.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Fuel from the warehouse is shipped within 1-3 working days after confirmation. Nova Poshta usually delivers within 1-3 days. In October-December, the queue for trucks is longer, so it is better to order your seasonal stock in advance.
Will the bags be carried into my shed?
Pallets and big bags are set down by the tail lift at your gate. Carrying bags into a building is subject to separate agreement; mention it when placing your order so we can allow for the time and cost.
Do you work with companies and public institutions?
Yes: bank transfer against an invoice, a supply contract, delivery notes, a certificate and a test report for each lot. Terms for lots from 20 t are on the "For wholesale buyers" page.
