For a faster quote

When you call or send a message, please tell us:

• the type of fuel - pellets, coal, briquettes or peat briquettes, or, if you are not sure, what boiler or stove you have;
• the volume - a few bags, a pallet, a tonne or a stock for the season;
• the delivery location and whether a truck can get there.

That is enough for us to quote the price per tonne delivered to your gate and the shipment date. Delivery and payment options are on the "Delivery and payment" page.

Self-pickup from the warehouse

You can collect fuel yourself during the warehouse's working hours. Please call ahead: we will prepare your order so loading does not take long. During self-pickup, you can inspect the fuel and weigh any bag on site.

For boiler houses, businesses and dealers

For lots from 20 t: a dedicated manager, a supply contract, bank transfer payment and documents for every lot. Submit a request on the "For wholesale buyers" page and we will send a commercial offer within one working day.

How to check that you are talking to us

We do not ask for prepayment to a personal card and do not sell fuel through classified ads on behalf of "Thermera managers". Our genuine contacts are only those listed on this page. If in doubt, call the number on our website and give your order number.
