About the product

Sunflower husk pellets are the cheapest type of pellets: the raw material is a by-product of oil production, so a tonne costs noticeably less than wood pellets, while the calorific value is only a few percent lower. Dark brown granules with standard auger feed.

The key requirement is that the boiler must be designed for agro fuel: the ash content of agro pellets is 3-5%, and without mechanised ash removal you will have to clean it daily. For domestic pellet boilers with a small ash pan, choose wood pellets.

The 25 kg bag is for small boiler houses and private owners of agro-fuel boilers. For volumes of several tonnes and more, big bags and bulk are better value: see "Other packs". A batch quality certificate comes with the delivery note.

Product questions

How do you deliver pellets?
Small orders go to your gate by a truck with a tail lift; pallets and big bags by freight across Ukraine. Cost and lead time depend on address and volume, and the manager will confirm them by phone. More on the page "Delivery and payment".
Will these pellets suit my boiler?
A 6 mm pellet is the standard for household pellet boilers and burners. If in doubt, tell the manager your boiler model or order a trial bag via Nova Poshta and test it in operation.
How should pellets be stored?
In a dry room, on a pallet, away from the walls. Pellets fear moisture: in a closed bag they keep indefinitely, an opened bag is best used within the season.
